Welcome to Shavington-cum-Gresty Village Hall! Our hall is a versatile space ideal for a variety of events, including meetings, parties, and community gatherings. We offer excellent facilities and affordable rates for both residents and non-residents. Below, you will find all the information you need to book our hall.

Facilities Included:

  • Main Hall: Includes lounge, kitchen, bar area, and car park.
  • Whole Hall: Free BT Wi-Fi (no code needed).
  • Main Hall/Lounge: Tables and chairs for 80 guests (must be returned clean).
  • Kitchen: Fridge, cooker, microwave, hot water urn, and crockery for 80 persons (limited cutlery available; tea towels not provided).
  • Car Park: Located at the rear; vehicles must be removed at the end of the session.
  • Additional: Speakers available for hire (contact Booking Officers for details and costs), First-Aid Kit, and Accident Reporting book in the kitchen.

Important Information:

  • The use of the facility is not exclusive; Parish Council staff and PCSOs have access to the kitchen and toilet facilities.
  • Short-term booking enquiries must be within 6 months of the requested hire date.
